Freelancers are independent contractors and part of Innocr8 but must not disclose their personal identity or company name. Violation will lead to immediate removal.
Clients and freelancers must follow professional ethics and transparency while working. For them, we’ll create a separate group where they cn communicate easily.
Answering calls, messages, and active participation in groups is mandatory.
Referral & Earnings:
Earn through referrals by bringing new clients or freelancers.
Commission structure will be provided; fraudulent referrals lead to termination.
Payment Policy:
Payments are processed via approved gateways after project completion and client approval.
No refunds due to the digital nature of services. Advance payments are non-refundable.
Service fees apply for freelancers using the platform.
Work Revisions & Portfolio:
Reasonable 2 revisions must be provided as per every project. more revisions are paid.
Completed work will be added to Innocr8’s portfolio unless the client objects.
Freelancers must build their portfolio on the platform to continue receiving projects.
Cancellation Policy:
Clients can cancel before work begins, but advance payment is not refundable in progressing work.
If freelancers fail to deliver on time, projects may be re-assigned.
Trainings & Growth:
Tutorial classes & learning resources are provided for beginners or willing to explore the digital era.
Training materials can be share only via online classes. But we’ll try hard to. provide you recordings too.
Mandatory Agreement & Activation:
Signing the agreement is mandatory to be part of Innocr8.
Freelancers must be active, respond to queries, and engage in group discussions.
Failure to comply will lead to removal from the team.
Privacy Policy & Compliance:
Personal data is protected and won’t be shared externally.
Clients and freelancers cannot communicate outside the platform or take work privately.
Any misuse, identity disclosure, or policy violation will result in permanent removal immediately. No Matter u signed the contractual agreement or not.
